This gold and black chrome handcrafted twist pen is made from the support beams of the Mean Streak wooden roller coaster.
The Mean Streak wooden roller coaster at Cedar Point in Sandusky, Ohio was open to the public on May 11, 1991. At the time it was the tallest wooden roller coaster in the world with the longest drop height. The Mean Streak was closed on September 16, 2016. The wood used in the making of these pens are Southern Yellow Pine and comes from the support beams that supported sections of the track.
