This shipping policy outlines the terms and conditions for shipping services provided by Pens, Prints, And Things.
Order processing
Orders are typically processed within 1 - 2 business days of receiving an order confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. Notification is provided if there are significant delays in processing an order.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times vary depending on the shipping method chosen:
Overnight delivery may have restrictions based on location. Shipping is available to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
A Shipment Confirmation email with tracking information is sent once an order has shipped. Tracking information is typically active within 24 hours.
Customs, duties, and taxes
Pens, Prints, And Things is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to an order; these are the customer's responsibility. Pens, Prints, and Things will collect and remit applicable State Sales Taxes.
Damages
Pens, Prints, and Things is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. Contact the shipping carrier to file a claim if an order arrives damaged. Keeping all packaging materials and damaged items when filing a claim is recommended.
Returns and refunds
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. Return shipping fees are the customer's responsibility.
