This classic Platinum and Black Titanium twist pen contains a small piece of wood from the stage used at the Woodstock Music Festival in 1969 and is cast in acrylic. The piece of wood can be seen in the pictures located inside the white circle. Woodstock was a music festival held in August 15-18, 1969, on a dairy farm in Bethel, NY, about 40 miles southwest of Woodstock, NY. Constructed by local craftsmen the 8000 square foot stage took 8 weeks to complete. Thirty-two acts performed at Woodstock and was one of the largest music festivals ever held. Jimi Hendrix was the final performer. In 2017 the Woodstock Music Festival site became listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
